What We Do
GMP manufacturing
Our own GMP manufacturing facility just outside Lisbon is going through the final stage of a refit. Our objective is to have one the most efficient, high volume flower manufacturing site in Europe. Through our partners we are able to offer out-sourced manufacturing to bridge the short term gap until our improvements are finished.
GMP Laboratory Testing
Our brand new Chemical and Microbial Testing Laboratory allows us to seamlessly test both our own products and products for external clients.
As well as testing medical products in line with the EU pharmacopeia our lab can also carry out virus testing on plant material.
Microbial Reduction
Using newly pioneered technology, Galaxia Vertical is in the unique position of being able to offer a real alternative to irradiation as a means of reducing the bioburden in medical cannabis.
Our new technology offers the benefits of bio burden reduction but without the product degradation that is often associated with other technologies including radiation. This service is available to all flower that is processed at our facilities.
GDP Warehousing & Distribution
Our facility has a large GDP licensed warehouse that allows us to hold product and to distribute it onwards to licensed facilities around the world, including to our own German wholesale distribution company Galaxia Life GmbH.
Sales Support
We have our own sales team and channels in Europe, including but not limited to our own German wholesale distribution company Galaxia Life GmbH. With a dedicated licensed company and sales team in Germany we are well placed to support sales internationally for Galaxia Vertical clients.
Research & Development
We offer and an in-house Research & Development program within the facility focusing on pharmaceutical break through and the creation of novel products and delivery solutions.
As well as developing our own proprietary products, we also offer R&D for our partners and collaborative brands.
